In addition, MyDreamPuppy.com has an integrated banner advertising engine that allows kennels and puppy/dog related businesses to quickly and cost effectively purchase, upload and deploy "search word" based banner ads on the site using only a standard web browser! It's a perfect way for professional breeders and businesses to reach potential customers searching for their specific breed or product. The banner ad engine allows you to either upload static graphic files or even dynamic Macromedia Flash based banners into the system. Just select the number of showings you want to purchase, upload the file, click "submit" and your banner will be showing to hundreds of targeted puppy buyers in no time! HOW TO USE OUR SITE:
Step by step: BUYING A PUPPY
Looking for a puppy?
First, register as a buyer if you have not registered (click on "Register" in the orange menu), then login. If you are a registered buyer, all you do is login using your email address and password that you registered with.
Select "Find a Puppy" from the orange menu bar above, or use our "Puppy Finder to the left and only select one of the fields (Breed, Group, or Purpose).
If you select "Find a Puppy", just type the name of the breed into the search by "Keyword" box. Don't worry about the spelling, anything close will do the trick, then click on "Find my Puppy". Alternatively, you may browse breeds listed alphabetically by clicking on one of the letters of the alphabet, or to save a step, click on the arrow next to the box for "Breed" and select the breed you want to see and click on "Find my Puppy".
You can click on the box where the photo of the breed is or will be soon or the name of the breed for more information about the breed you are interested in (coming soon). When you find a breed that interests you, click on "Puppies for Sale" to view current listings of that breed. When you find a particular listing that is of interest to you, click on "Contact Seller" (which is found in the puppy profile that you are intested in) to email the seller to ask questions or to make purchase arrangements.
Step by step: SELLING A PUPPY
Selling a puppy?
First, register as a seller if you have not registered, then login. If you are a registered seller, all you do is login using your email address and password that you registered with.
Select "List a Puppy" in the orange menu to create your puppy ad. Complete the short form to best describe your puppy and click on "Browse" to upload digital photos of your puppy. Your listing will be instantly available for potential buyers to browse. No personal information is reviled to the buyers unless you put it in the additional information section of the ad builder. Click on "Submit" to place the ad. Then click on "My Listings" to edit, view, or delete ads. Then click on "List a Puppy" to list another puppy for sale.
Want to make changes to your listing(s)?
To make changes, login using your email address and password if you are not already logged in. Click on "My Account" and then select "My Listings" and choose the puppy ad that you want to make any necessary changes to, then click "Submit" to make it active.
Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten this information, simply click on "forgot my password" that is in the login box, and the system will generate a new password for you to login with. It will be sent to your email address. To change the password once you gain access, click on "My Account" in the orange menu and at the bottom of the "Profile" page is where you can change it to something easy that you can remember.
Sold a puppy?
Leave the name of the puppy but put the word (SOLD) after the name of the puppy. Ask the buyer to leave feedback for you by going to the puppy ad of the puppy they bought and click on "Add Seller Review". The buyer can leave valuable feedback for the sellers to gain reputation as a seller. After the feedback is left, please delete the puppy ad off.

By using MyDreamPuppy.com, the website ("Website") you agree to be obligated and bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement")when you register as a member ("Member"). If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and use MyDreamPuppy.com's service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and upon registering as a Member, it is understood by MyDreamPuppy.com that you agree and will uphold this agreement and terms as a Member of MyDreamPuppy.com. In the following paragraphs, "you" or "your" refers to in definition as Member where the word Member is not used.
This Agreement describes the legality and legally binding terms of YOUR use of the Website and YOUR membership status in our Service. Our Terms agreement may be modified by MyDreamPuppy.com; and such modifications to be effective upon posting by MyDreamPuppy.com on the Website without any notice to the Member on an as-needed-basis. This Agreement includes MyDreamPuppy.com's ACCEPTABLE Use Policy for Content posted on the Website, MyDreamPuppy.com's PRIVACY POLLICY, and any other notices and restrictions regarding the Website.
1. Eligibility.
You must be eighteen (18) years old or over to register as a member on MyDreamPuppy.com or sixteen (16)to use the Website. By using the Website, You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement with MyDreamPuppy.com and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If such is found to be inaccurate, termination of the account will be warranted.
2. Terms.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effective while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by clicking on the Cancellation link in the "My Account" section on www.mydreampuppy.com Website, or upon receipt by MyDreamPuppy.com of your written or emailed notice to us for termination. If emailing termination notice, contact Support at support@mydreampuppy.com within 3 days of renewal of account. Also, MyDreamPuppy.com may terminate your membership for any reason, at any given time, effective upon sending notice to your email address that you provided in your profile for membership, or another email address that you provide to MyDreamPuppy.com. If MyDreamPuppy.com terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Upon termination of Service after membership is terminated, this Agreement still remains in full effect. You will also have to cancel your subscription that is effective through your PayPal account.
3. Memberships will automatically renew upon the Terms and Conditions effective on the anniversary date of the account.
4. MyDreamPuppy.com Subscription and Listing fees are subject to change at any time with written notice to the Member.
5. Disputes.
If there are any disputes about, involving or concerning the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Oklahoma, City of Stilwell
6. Disclaimers.
MyDreamPuppy.com is not responsible for any offensive, obscene, incorrect or inaccurate Content posted within, on or within the links to the Website without our knowing. We monitor the Website, but do not catch everything in the time of which some Members can see the Content in question. Or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in our Service. MyDreamPuppy.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service. MyDreamPuppy.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delays in operation or transmissions, communications line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to by hackers, or alteration of, user or Member communications. MyDreamPuppy.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions with but not limited to any of the following: telephone network(s) or lines, online computer systems, servers or internet providers, computer equipment, software glitches, failure of email, viruses, blogs, worms,server blocks or players on account of technical problems, electrical power, traffic congestion on the Internet or server, or at any Website or combination thereof but including: injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or of downloading materials in connection with the Web or Website and/or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstances will MyDreamPyppy.com be responsible for any loss of or damage, including personal injury and/or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline. MyDreamPuppy.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Website and/or the Service in written or expressed form.
7. Copyright Policy.
You may not post, distribute, sell or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of that which is owned or copyrighted. If you are the owner of copyrighted content and find such unauthorized use in Content on our Site, please advise Support and place in the Subject Line "Copy Right Violation".
In the email body, a description of the content and where the material that you claim in question is located on the Website. Include your name, address, telephone number, email address. Include also a written statement by you that you have by a good faith belief that the disputed use of Content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent(s), or the law on behalf of the Member. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury in a courtroom, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. 8. Content Posted on the Site.
You understand and agree that MyDreamPuppy.com may and will review, delete, or edit any content, messages, photos or profiles that MyDreamPuppy.com finds in violation of this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, stolen or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members and non Members alike.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you post within, make public, or publish, and display, (hereinafter, "post") on our Website, or transfer to other Members.
By posting Content to any public/live area of MyDreamPuppy.com, you fully grant the posting and that you represent and warrant that you own, or have the right to and have a fully paid worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such said or information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing within MyDreamPuppy.com.
The following is a partial list but not limited to the kinds of Content that is prohibited on the Website. MyDreamPuppy.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending Content from the Service and terminating the membership of the violators. It includes Content that:
- is questionably offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes sexual content, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group, individual, organization or entity;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person or group;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" to the Members;
- promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
- promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as but not limited to: providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
- provides instructional information about illegal activities;
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written knowledge and consent to the ecomerce such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations of the US.
You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. Although MyDreamPuppy.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website, it is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, harm, or abuse, another person with intent to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such abuse from advertising or solicitations, MyDreamPuppy.com reserves the right to set and restrict the number of emails in which a Member may send to any other Members in a 24-hour period. If abused, we can delete you.
9. Proprietary Rights in Content on MyDreamPuppy.com. MyDreamPuppy.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Services there and here within the Site. The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of MyDreamPuppy.com, its licensors, partners, affiliated members, associates,and advertisers. The only exception is for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been granted written permissions from MyDreamPuppy.com. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
10. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website. Including but not limited to- collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate action and legal action will be taken by MyDreamPuppy.com, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress towards you in the full extent of the laws.
11. Member Disputes.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members of the Website. The Website reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. You can post complaints to Supportfor review.
12. Limitation on Liability.
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will MyDreamPuppy.com be liable to you or any person or 3rd party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use or linkage directly or indirectly to the Website or the Service, even if MyDreamPuppy.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages in writing. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, MyDreamPuppy.com's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to MyDreamPuppy.com for the Service during the membership term.
13. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold MyDreamPuppy.com and its affiliates, agents, officers, subsidiaries, and other partners and employees, and ties harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service from violation or a breach of this Agreement. MyDreamPuppy.com is left out of all liability with personal decisions of the Member when dealing with people with whom you have never dealt with before, or have never met. Please refer to the Resources section of the Website for dealing with Strangers on the Net.
14. A member that is a seller, the member's account is subject to being closed upon notice from other members that fraudulent sales or incorrect information is being placed on the website of the member in question.
15. Other.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Service, is an expressed agreement between you and MyDreamPuppy.com in regards to the use of the Website or the Service. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effective from hereinafter.
